hey dee ho in Uganda

Soft Power Education offers a range of education and capacity building in Uganda including a Special Needs Project for children living with a physical or mental disability. They offer a range of therapies including speech, movement and education. They are currently looking for donations so they can fund a hey dee ho program.

Elise has been a hey dee ho presenter in Canberra and China for 2 years and is currently in Uganda with the hope of setting up a project to implement education and alternative care for young children.

Elise would like to run a 10 week program in early 2014 for Soft Powers Special Needs Project which works with up to 7 schools and clinics. She will deliver music, drama and fitness activities to children age 4-16 who live with a disability and receive assistance with Soft Power. Following the success of the 10 week program she aims to return to Australia to develop a plan to continue providing the program in Uganda through her developing project called 'Something Wonderful'.

Click here for more information or to make a donation. Your support is greatly appreciated.
