About Us
hey dee ho music for tinies was born in 1987 on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne. The creation of two wonderfully creative women, hey dee ho music has now grown into a successful franchise business with franchised areas across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide. In 2007 we shortened our name to 'hey dee ho music'.
Our director Jenny Wilkinson has owned the business since 1986 and with the help of all the wonderful presenters and franchisees developed the business to the point where the program caters for all ages of children up to school age. All activities within the program are designed to stimulate childhood development and is ever evolving to meet the needs of children, parents and educational centres
In 2007, the Australian Institute of Music and Childhood Development was set up to further research the value and influence of music. This corporation is responsible for the training of all hey dee ho presenters to ensure we have consistent, high quality presentation of the program.
Yoga, Storytelling and Sing and Sign programs have been developed since 2007 in response to interest from parents and centres and are gradually being rolled out to all states.
hey dee ho music is very much an entertainment based program and we offer our services to the Starlight Foundation and Ronald Macdonald House on a monthly basis in an effort to give back to the community.
